Nose:
Strawberries, demerara sugar, cinnamon sticks, honey.
Taste:
Pineapple juice, ripe banana, ginger bread cake.
Finish:
Cinnamon toast, wholemeal bread, treacle toffee.
Littlemill was closed in 1992 and ravaged by fire in 2004 (when it closed its stills went to Loch Lomond). More recently, the whisky within this bottle was produced, which demonstrates light fruity notes early on before the dram evolves a thicker, fuller texture.
